Ingredients:

  • Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes (and trace minerals)

    (Approximately 15g elemental magnesium per cup)

How to use:

Take 1/2 cup to a cup and pour magnesium into warm bathwater. Great for foot and hand soaks as well. Soak for 15 to 30 minutes. Magnesium absorbs through the skin and it is that easy.
