Ingredients:
- Magnesium Chloride | Genuine Zeichstein
- MSM (Elemental Sulphur) | Methylsulfonylmethane
How to use:
Eneka Night Salt bath flakes, or bath salts, are pure magnesium chloride and MSM for rapid absorption. Simply dissolve 1-3 cups or more of the magnesium flakes into a warm, but not hot, footbath or tub bath, and soak for 20 minutes or more. Following the bath, rinse with warm water and pat dry. For foot soaks, dissolve up to 3 cups. For body soaks, you can dissolve up to 6 cups.
How it stands out:
The magnesium in this formula is taken from 1,600 to 2,000 meters beneath the ancient Zechstein seabed in Europe. This source of magnesium is believed to have been untouched for up to 250 million years, which makes it one of the purest forms of the compound when compared to other sources of magnesium. Magnesium seeks to support the hundreds of enzymes in the body that are involved in energy production inside of cells. Magnesium may also promote the synthesis of protein and nucleic acid. It is also used to support ion transport, cell signaling, and other cellular functions. Magnesium levels already within the normal range may support a healthy cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract, and cognitive function during normal aging.
Without sufficient MSM sulfur, your body cannot maintain an appropriate level of homeostasis.
- Ideal for children and other sensitive individuals
- Effective for stress relief and relaxation
- Great for soaking muscles and joints
